Shipping

Getting your cushions to you quickly and reliably is our priority. We dispatch all orders on the same or next business day using various trusted delivery partners. Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days depending on your location.

We deliver Australia-wide. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping and orders under $150 incur a flat rate of $14.95 (excluding any regional insert delivery fees).

Due to their size, orders to some regional areas that include cushion inserts may incur additional shipping fees. Any additional fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

All orders are tracked and insured for your peace of mind. You’ll receive regular tracking updates until your order arrives.

We also offer click & collect from our warehouse in Cheltenham, Victoria. Click and collect is available Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 3:00pm only after you have received a notification that your order is ready.
